DE Creditors' Portal
The Creditors' Portal provides information on insolvency proceedings for the benefit of Creditors and Insolvency Trustees. Through the Portal, Creditors can access the restricted area to consult documents made available by the Insolvency Trustees and manage electronic communications via Certified Email (PEC), as required by Law 221/2012.
All Creditors (including for those proceedings not included in the list on the Portal) may communicate electronically with the Insolvency Trustees via the Certified Email (PEC) address issued by the PortaleCreditori.

Request your credentials.
To receive the personal access code for the restricted creditor area of the relevant proceeding, you must submit a request by writing - via Certified Email (PEC) - to the PEC address of the specific proceeding, providing the following information:

identification data;

tax code;

the chronological number assigned to your proof of claim submission (if known).
